Dear Cristina,
I think we are finding our work!

Mirrors are like oceans. And we travel over there to meet ourselves.
In the early history of Brasil, the Portuguese travellers ofered mirrors to the Brazilian natives (indigenous) in return of there work and land. The indigenous didn’t know mirrors. Do you know this fact? It’s a delicate/tense moment of the relationship Portugal-Brasil and now this episode is a kind of embarrassing situation (there’s a certain joke about this episode…). I like the idea of return to this point with a critical view.

Another important fact is the “Letter of Pero Vaz de Caminha”. The famous first and long letter from a portuguese traveller to the Portuguese kingdom telling about the new world, the nature, the indigenous, the paradise.

What is our (mine and yours) treasure today?
What can we see and find beyond the mirror?
